Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide via UPS using Easyship; duties/taxes are calculated at checkout where available.
- We use UPS as our shipment service provider. Available services and live rates appear at checkout.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days; transit time depends on the UPS service you select. NOTE: See the “Preorders & Kickstarter” section for shipping related to preorders. See Question 21
You’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Yes—until it ships. Contact us ASAP with your order number. Shipping address changes can also be made before shipment.
Payments & Checkout

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Shopify.
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify using secure, encrypted payment gateways; Quantis doesn’t store card numbers.
Your card is charged at the time you place your order. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
Returns & Warranty
We stand behind every tool. Learn how returns and our 1-year warranty work.
- Regular in-stock items: 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging; contact support for an RMA.
- Kickstarter/pre-order items: Non-returnable. Because pledges fund tooling and manufacturing costs (and are offered at a significant discount), we cannot accept returns or refunds. Warranty applies.

No. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
1-year warranty against manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear isn’t covered.

Kickstarter pledges directly fund production and tooling (and the products are offered at a significant discount), so we cannot accept returns or refunds.
However, if you encounter any issues within the first year warranty, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Yes—the same 1-year manufacturing defect warranty applies.
