Precision Tolerances—Issue Resolved!

The tolerancing concern previously mentioned has been fully resolved. The two critical mating parts now have a smooth sliding fit without any detectable play, significantly enhancing the precision and performance of your BG-1.

The "Indexing Bolt" (pictured separately below) was precision-machined to match the handle's internal channel dimensions within 0.01mm, carefully accounting for anodizing thickness. This ensures a smooth, sliding fit without any detectable play.

The "Indexing Bolt" is a critical component within the BG-1's internal indexing and positive-locking mechanism. Achieving a precise fit between this component and the handle ensures consistent accuracy and reliable performance.

After machining, the contact surfaces of the "Indexing Bolt" are then polished to achieve a surface finish of Ra 0.1-0.2 before anodizing

Anodizing Upgrade: Enhanced Durability

In pursuit of unmatched quality, we’ve decided to upgrade the anodizing process for the BG-1 handles and internal components to a hardcoat anodizing finish. This upgrade will significantly improve wear resistance, reduce friction, and enhance the durability and longevity of your tool.

The Type III Hardcoat Anodizing significantly reduces friction and wear on the internal mechanism components, enhancing durability and ensuring smoother operation
